In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any unavoidable reason/s we must be informed of the same in writing and this will be effective from the date we receive a letter in writing.

The cancellation charges would be as follows:

60 days or more prior to arrival - 15% of the tour/service cost.
59 days - 45 days prior to arrival - 25% of the tour/service cost.
44 days - 30 days prior to arrival - 35% of the tour/service cost.
29 days - 15 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour/service cost
14 days – 0 days, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

Note : If booking for following period is/are cancelled, due to whatsoever reason, no refund would be made for said cancellation.

High Peak Season bookings (from 20th December to 10th January).
Festival Period Bookings (Festivals like -Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar fair etc).

Note : If Booking Is Cancelled After Confirmation & Issuing The Confirmation Voucher. Then Rs. 2,000 (Per Person) Cancellation Charges Applicable as Communication Service Fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE FLIGHT TICKETS:

Flight Tickets booked are non refundable. Name change and date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline.
